Open IFC models in the browser. Walls are measured by net side area, slabs and footings by volume, beams, columns, pipes and ducts by length, everything else by count, from the models' quantity sets. The take-off flags elements without classification, without a quantity, and possible duplicates between files. Enter rates to price the items, save a baseline, then open the next revision to see what changed. Models never leave your computer.
